Holly House We have a newly constructed self-catering 2 bedroom end of terrace house in this popular and well served village. The house comprises entrance hall, downstairs toilet and hand basin, fully fitted kitchen, complete with washing machine, electric oven, hob and extractor, large fridge/freezer and microwave. Patio doors from kitchen lead out onto patio area and enclosed lawned garden. A comfortable lounge area, complete with colour television, video, dvd player and radio. All rooms are tastefully decorated and finished. One sofa folds into an additional bed to accommodate a 5th guest if needed. Stairs lead from the lounge to a landing area; leading to main bedroom with 5ft bed, double wardrobe, dressing table, additional cupboard for hanging space. A further bedroom, consisting of twin beds and single wardrobe. Fully fitted bathroom, with bath and overhead power shower, toilet and hand basin. Additonal items included are: Towels and linen (not cot linen) Full gas central heating Cot & highchair available plus a Christmas tree to create festive atmosphere The house is cared for by the owners who live a short distance away.
Garden & Parking The garden is mainly laid to lawn with a small patio area complete with garden furniture and barbeque. The garden is fully enclosed making it safe for small children. One allocated parking space to the front of the house, plus additional parking on Station Road.

Locality The house is ideal for both a holiday let or a business stay as you are only 5 mins from the Histon Vision Park and down the road from the Cambridge Science Park. Cambridge City Centre is only 15mins from the house! The house is well served in the village. The Red Lion pub is ideal for real ale enthusiasts, the Michelin awarded Phoenix restaurant serving superb Cantonese food, the Barley Mow serving excellent Thai food plus The Boot serving more traditional English fayre. In addition there are 2 small supermarkets in the village and an excellent butchers shop and delicatessen. A mobile fish stall arrives every Wednesday bringing fresh local fish.
